i got bust so i didn't get to finish it up but less room than the driver side. the setup is retarded, not sure if they came new with different bolts but the bolt holes are too close to the headers and theirs not enough room to install all the exhaust bolts. I also dropped the bolt for that tube on the back of the heads that connects them to one another so i just called it quits last time i was working on it before i got really

i had this problem when i installed long tube headers on my maverick what i ended up having to do was jack the motor up put the bolts all the way into the holes and then try to screw them into the heads. it took me almost 3 days to get them on and i had to hammer down some areas of the motorbay.

Damn hope I don't have that much trouble. Might just fork over the extra money to have a shop put them in.

lol well I wanted to get a new cat-back pipe put on at the same time. So I might just do that. What size collectors should I look for?

are you referring to getting a wrench around the head of the bolt or the flared part comming too close to the primary? depending on the location you might need to step down to a 5/16 header bolt. i know with the bends some of the locations need to be partially threaded in first before you crank down on the easy ones.
