I wouldnt pay that much for it..
I suggest going to camaroz28.com and looking at the Z28s on there for sale. Look at it this way.... these guys are crazy about their cars (i know i am and im on the board) so they take awesome care of them.
There are a number of things to look for before buying a car so itd be hard to tell you anything about the one in the link.

it sounds like a good deal to me. but i wouldnt trust looking at something over the net. i would go look at it. zdriver96 is right tho the people at camaro z28 are really dedicated but he might frequent the boards too. i think u should go check out the car and if its all good get him to lower the price and steal it from him. hehe if u need someone to go look at it with u just drop me a line. erikz28@hotmail.com

Keep shopping. YOU should be the one to mod your car not the previous owner. If you are gonna get a high mileage car stick to one thats as stock as possible. Try www.carmax.com . My 97 is one of their cheaper ValuMax cars cars 5 years and older and/or over 60K miles. You can get financing a standard warranty and a background of your car. I had a good experience with them. Check them out. Remember these are performance cars and most likely the previous owner/owners have matted the gas plenty of times that Formula looks like its been matted and then some.
