okay i need help on this one when i take my foot off the gas while cruising my car makes an annoying metal on metal noise and i havent had the time to check it out... and when i turn off the car it makes the same noise for a split second.....

Its funny you expect an answer with such limited info and you yourself havent even trouble shot the car yet.
It could be anything from a driveline problem to a loose throttle plate. Why dont you go run some tests and come back with at least a little information.

 

okay i finally got a lil time to look at it on my break today its coming from my exhauset from what i can tell its all from the muffler still havent had enuph time to look at it good to know exactly

Sounds like an exhaust leak to me. Turn your radio up louder and let it ride.

 

okay i finally found time to check it out i went an laid down behind my car and tapped the bottom of my muffler only to find out that theres ALOTTA shit loose inside i got another put on and she finally shut up

Your muffler? What the hell kinda muffler do you have that would break down and produce metalic noises? Did they fill the internal baffles with old bolts and nuts?? Thats just odd.
