Default what is it then? please help me id it

i posted earlier about a 5.3. It honestly is an aluminum block with GM 5.3 on it with 4 valve per clylinder. i am told it cant be GM on ls1tech. So what is it? anyone please

if its a 5.3 with 4 valves a cylinder its not GM. Do you have pics?

arao makes 4 valve heads but idk if they fit ls series engines and intakes

ford makes a 5.4...but i dunno if its a 4 valve or not...pretty sure it did have a 4v model but you'd have to look it up

take the valve covers off and give us a casting number off the heads.
