Low oil pressure is bearing/ lifter related. Theres only 2 ways to smoke... rings/ walls or head problem. Pull the heads and see if you can find a problem like scratched up walls (broken rings) cracked cylinder, or messed up head.

If one primary is glowing, its lean. Lean = heat = glowing header at idle.
