Default HELP car is broken... once again..

well the car runs and drives great... shows no codes...

give it partial throttle let it run up to 4k and the E brake light comes on and the car starts to miss..

my thoughts on this are.. I'm running an open y.. and the exhaust gases are hitting the E brake line making the car think that the E brake is being pulled and that is pulling timing out of the car and shuttin it down..

could this be anything else? also the tach will skip a few hundred RPMs or not read up to speed with the actual RPM

Tach signal is taken from the cam position sensor at the back of the block. The brake light can be either brakes, anti lock brakes or E brake. Check over your wiring real good

Have you dont any work on the car lately?

Car will still run and drive fine with the E brake pulled. I used to drive around with one click on the E brake so the running lights would stay off, and it keeps the headlights off too

yes the LS1 was on the side of the road...

this all started after I decided to run an Open Y pipe..

and its only at like 75% throttle and over 4500rpms it will miss and the brake light flashes..
