Does any own have the STS turbo set up.
I love mine I just got done w/ some more mods
and am ready to get back on the street.

When I was just running 5psi the tune I had was crap. They just ran it way rich
and low timing. Bone stock car at 5psi ran 350Hp and 430 to the ground.
I could only run it to 4200rpm before the speed limeter hit, but the curve was
on its way up. Im having Fasttech retune my car.

the speed limiter? what are you talking about, its at ~165.
anyways, go to revxtreme and have jeremy tune the car for you before you go doing all these mods. on a stock bottom end, it isnt going to last long above 450. the ringlands are junk and are commonly the 1st things to give way. and your going to see more out of a "50 shot" than you think. i would back the pill sizing down to what they consider a 25-35
btw, rich and little timing is for longevity. you werent losing all that much power from what they made peak at STS.

also, what are you doing as far as fueling goes? such as AFPR? pump? injectors?

2:73 cars had a limit of 105mph hence me hitting the speed limiter. The limiter is gone now, but havent had it back to the dyno.
I know the nitrous may double, but its more of a "save my ass" thing anyway and it looks cool purging out of the nostrils in the ram air hood.
When I get the trans back in, it will have 42lb injectors for fueling.

thats news to me, i never had a 105 limiter, dont know anyone else with one either, maybe it was a 94+ thing. anyways i would get a fuel pump aswell while your at it, stocker will have a time trying to keep up. and how is the nitrous a save your ass thing? like if you fall behind in a run kinda thing?
your bumper looks like the one i got sittin in my garage
i cut it all up for a front mount, but am considering a top mount to keep pressure drop to a minimum.
