Default I'm not a big GM fan but . . .. . .

Thursday I had the privelage to deliver a '05 GTO. Between the comfort of the interior and the overall handling the power behind the 6.0 was amazing. I was thinking of gettign a new Mustang GT thsi fall but after this lil ride I am all for possibly jumping to it. What are they running on the track with mild boltons? Haven't talked to anyone on here that actually owns one.

People are selling them almost new with low miles at like $20,000. Would be a good time to buy.

Be sure to get the new model with the LS2 and not the first year with the LS1. It's looking like 450whp is yours with a cam and boltons, and 500 with heads, cam, and boltons.

Was it yellow by any chance? I seen one with a dealer tag doing some spirited driving on us19 recently, can't remember what day though.

That would be pretty exceptional with those mods. 460 whp on stock heads? 500 on heads/cam? I'm no expert but the average LS1 numbers I've seen have been 400 or a little less on stock heads and 420-450 on heads/cam. Keep in mind I'm not counting nitrous as a "bolton", The LS2 car I'm thinking of had intake, headers, exhaust, the cam, and tuning. 460 to the ground.
