By asking what the potential of this motor is I would say it's relatively safe up to 600 rwhp. I did this with little to no problems on the old H\C setup with 2 stages of the giggly. Once you exceed 600, bad things happen.

for all intents and purposes, the track is where the numbers are laid, and 450rwhp with good powerband in a good hooking car should net 10's.
