Default Taking off the heads

Unfortunately I need a valve job on my '94 LT1, so the car is in pieces. There is a bolt on the back of the driver head that is giving me fits. Is it a 19/32s? Also, what is the purpose of that coolant line?

I was told to take the heads to Clearwater Cylinder and Head. Does anyone have any experience with them or recommend someone else?

that coolant line runs coolant through the heads, it uses a banjo bolt and is a SOB to take off, I just sawed through the line and covered the missing section with rubber hose

you can't find a socket/rachet on that bolt so MAKE sure you know what size it is EXACTLY or else you'll round it off

Thanks.
And Alex you are right, they are easy to round off. Heads are off and are going to Clearwater Cylinder Head tomorrow. I ended up getting the banjo bolt off the passenger head with a 15 mm, I went and bought a good 6 sided closed end wrench. The driver side is rounded off. I will get it off with some pliers. I also bought new banjo bolts and washers from the dealer. They have since improved the bolt to a better, more durable design with a bigger head on it.
