Default trans-am, firebird, or camaro?

I am becoming VERY intrested in f-bodies lately and will probably be purchasing one in the near future I love the look of the firebird/trans am body style with the flip up lights and one long tail-light is there any disadvantages going with one instead of a camaro?

Funny seeing you in here

No disadvantages at all. Its the same car, different skin. The T/As have better seats though as long as you mean the 98+ models.

i'd say no as long as your plan on wrenching on it now and again........

and if its an auto its prolly gonna take a dump soon...... from my experience chevy auto's only last about 100k and then its just a matter of time before they go out and need a rebuild........

but t-5 t-56's last forever as long as they arent abused/given too much power........ clutch might go out but thats nothing.........

same thing for the lt1's (from what i've read) they last a while if taken care of.........

you could always just save a bit of extra cash and rebuild it as soon as you get it too........
