You will make more power and will be able to turn more RPM's but a solid roller cam sucks for the street.Rough idle, hard starts, and not very friendly driving. But,it seems like your slowly working on an all out track car,so good luck whatever you decide.

When we go to Kentucky to do the heads...they will be flowed. Once we know the flow#s we will decide on a cam then. Its unlikely it will be over .650 lift. It will be substantial duration though. Compression will not be more than 11.5 to 1. It will still be a street setup. Shooting for 500 rwhp NA. And maybe over 800 rwhp on juice.

The heads will take the longest. I have a jet engine course that I have to attend at work the week we were sopposed to go...so that got pushed back ten days. It will be the end of May. before we get back from Bowling Green with the completed heads. They will be the most whooopasss set of LS1 heads EVER.

I honestly dont think I would trust an offset ground crank for all that and 7500 RPMs.... I spin mine to 7100 with a 6ltr crank, but dont offsets have a smaller rod jornal? I think youll find the limit of a cast crank I think its going to be the ass load of TQ for the broad RPM range thats going to kill it
