I'm trying to prove to myself that an LT1 doesn't need any internal mods/power adders to run well, so I may have a little something for you in case we ever run....that is unless you go with that heads /cam combo, then I still won't have a chance. I did see you headed northbound on Dale Mabry this past weekend around 11:30ish; did you come from Sonics? My girl and I were headed to her brother's house in S.Tampa to celebrate her B-day.

I am with Al here, my guess would be 550-600. I know that from the people I have seen fail most of the time they have arod bolt fail or possibly the high revs on the ls1. I know the stock ls6 is set to spin to 6500 so there is probably a difference. I however plan to put a new bottom end together so that when I spin to 7200 I will not have a worry in the world.
