Sr20'ed 240 or turbo gsr
alright want to see pros and cons you guys can come up w/....either turbo my '97 GSR or get a 240 w/ a swap...looking for 300whp daily driven ....I'd have to upgrade fuel and get lower comp pistons....if I kept the gsr...but I dunno...not saying "hey pick my car for me!" jut tryin to get info...John I know you've had/currently have a turbo honda and have had experiences w/ sr20's...seeking your opinion among others...either way I'll be swingin by the shop in the coming week or so....car got broken into b4 I left for CO so been ordering shit and getting it back right since then....

well since they are both slow pieces of shit i vote no! 300 whp in your POS import is a dream assclown! you be lucky to make 200 crank hp from a fuckin weak ass gsr let alone a 240. btw, ive run several local silvias and they are all slow. gee what good is 400 hp if you got no torque???? imports suck face it weak bitch!!!!

i'm in japan right now on vacation i'd like to see u come here and talk that shit over here and race some one...u'd get your ass handed to u...a 300 whp silvia would woop a 300whp mustang..if driven properly...i have a stock 240 and raced a stock v6 mustang and won

well given rice killer's post record he obviously hasnt met up with any of the well set up 240's.. I'd really like to see him take enthalpy...
The problem with a 300whp GSR is your launch is gonna suck on the track or the street compared to the 240sx.... The SR also has .2 liters more displacement for more torque and more future potential..
The downside is that you already know everything thats on your GSR.. maybe u have personal attatchments i dunno, but the S13 would be a new car.... It dosent come with the engine you want so you have to buy that too (2500 or so). I'd say the GSR is cheaper and the SR is more expensive but more future potential...
