1/4 time and trap speed/SKOOL ME PLZ
Actually, it's the average speed of the last 60'. For most of us, there's not a great deal of difference in speed at the start of the traps and at the end.
And speaking of 60'...do you realize that if your 60' time is say about 2.2 that you're just barely twice as fast as your basic 300 lb NFL lineman...on foot...in full gear? Just a random thought that went flying by.

Hey Dirt, I would say as fast, not twice as fast, I thought linemen could run like a 4 something 40, thats 40 yards, 120 feet in 4 seconds, which is 30 feet a second, so 60 feet a second would be a 2.0 60 foot. Which is about what i can sprint..LOL

LOL, yeah, the ol brain it terminally fogged. I've been popping alergy tabs at double and triple the dosage for a couple of days here and have gotten about 4 hours total sleep in the last 3 days. I think I'm gonna snot myself to death. You're right...I think...can't tell at this point.
Whichever, it graphically points out that a 2.2 60' really sucks more that I thought it did. Damn...Sapp can beat me whenever I drive Tammy's car...pitiful!

Offensive linemen or defensive? Big difference. Very few if any, offensive linemen can break 5 seconds in the 40. In fact, I doubt many 300+ lbs defensive linemen could break 5 either.
