you can get a dsm to run 13.9 for cheaper than $4,000 as well. with lots of room left to go faster. If you can prove me wrong, then do it.
Eclipse example:
cheap 1G $1000-1500
boost (bleeder valves) $15
cut aircan free
unbolt exhaust free
clutch $380
and you basically have your 13.9 with practically nothing done...$4000? that'd get you 12's if your determined. Fuck a honda.

GSR swap he did for around 2200
minor bolt ons intake header exhaust
he ran a 13.9
thats under 4k
he worked/mabye works at bset buy in bradon
