Question Overheating

Hi guys im currently working on a project which deals with vehicles operating with upmost efficiency in the desert. Im supposed to design a system which could deal with this problem but there are limitations i cant use engine, alternator or battery to power my design also i cant compromise the aerodynamics of the vehicle and lastly i cant use any electrical or electronic device.

My idea was to design a system with an extra radiator in the trunk which would be in use when the vehicle starts to overheat.

Any ideas or suggesstions is kindly accepted.

You came to the right place.

What car is it going on? Year? Type car?
Does a cooling fan count as an electrical device?

Are you designing only, for a class, or is this for a real car?
If it is for a real car, post a pic of the back end of the car.
Post a pic of the engine.

Thanks.-Bob.
