You got me Jomar, then I change my answer, take a big 80s domestic, like a crown vic, take the body off, slap some drag tires on and a small 200 shot...should suffice.

awd dsm $700 (certain circumstances)
MBC ($5 home made)
Fuel Pump ($25 from a yard off an RX-7)
borrow friends nitrous ($25 to be friendly)

port the exhaust shit to hell by yourself(so you dont add anymore money), dump out of the DP, set the mbc to 30psi, rig up a 150 direct port or wet shot

i think that should push it to the high 11's (may need bigger turbo, dunno any 14B running 11's), and if my math is right thats 755 bucks... and ya never said it had to run an 11 more then once sooooo.....

dsm's are great cars for dropping a few seconds off of a stock time with very minimal mods (boost controller fuel pump no exhaust and intake) u can go from a 15.1 to a mid 13 with those simple mods, but make it an 11 sec car, for cheap, not gonna happen

once u past that low 13/high 12 it gets a little more complicated

JMHO
I think Joker is talking about not including nitrous. How many cars go cheap into the 11's without nitrous?

yea but some people like power without the bottle....any body can install juce ,in a few hours!
