I'm not sure the laws in Texas, but the cop just straight up said "Screw the system we have in place, I'll do what I want!" the way I look at it. I don't think he even realized when he slammed the door that he was still on camera.

If the guy riding the bike was smart, he'd lawyer up really fast.

Although the guy in the video comes across as a dumbass it also sounds like he's relatively familiar with the laws so i'd wager it's not an arrestable offense there either.

 

Get a bike, just don't ride like a fuckstick and don't ride with fucksticks. Its very simple.

5 years of riding, I've never been hassled by a cop. And lord knows I ride more than these squid douchebags who just go to show off to their buddies.

 

He did seem to come across as a dumbass, but as you said, seemed to know the laws, and his rights. I saw something that he actually isn't a tool, and has a decent job and what not, but that he's just not well spoken. I'll try and find it.

Did I see the whole thing from the start of the ride to the end? No. However from the 11 mins of video, I didn't see something he could've been hassled for other than the cop wanted his Camera, which he has no right to try and take.

 

Did you guys watch the other video? I can't believe they got away with what they did. However, The guy with the camera should not have been arrested regardless of the other assholes.

I still can't believe that guy got away with taking drugs or whatever from the girl in the back of the truck, then driving away, then riding back against traffic and scoopin up the girl. That shit wouldn't fly here in Polk County.

 

That, and here in FL they have the right to use stop sticks on bikes....
