The reason he was pulled over for was for the obstructed tag. From what I've read it IS an arrestable offense in Texas.

Doesn't matter. He was not a part of that. If he was it would of shown up in his camera as well which it didn't in the raw version. He was riding his bike and was not with that group in that video and he clearly wasn't the kid driving in front of the deputy. If it was him do you honestly think the deputy would of reacted the way he did when he pulled him over? He probably would of had his weapon drawn and tackled that kid to the ground. Not try to find a reason to arrest the kid to get his video equipment.
