Yet to see a BRZ/FRS
To any NORMAL person, that quote is stating "I drove a new BR-Z this past Saturday. It was a nice car."
If you didn't ride in one, you should've put "I saw a new BR-Z at the Autocross, it looked nice."
It really isn't that hard, and then I wouldn't have assumed YOU DROVE ONE.
Yes. Yes she did.

Again, it would have been best to say "I saw one at the Auto-X this past Saturday" instead of "Auto-x'd with one on Saturday". Many people go to Auto-X events and drive cars other than their own. It happens quite often where I live, so it is VERY EASY to assume she drove one.
I am honestly looking at them as a purchase by next year. I will wait until at least the 2nd year of a new model, ALWAYS. You never know what bugs or things come up with a new car that can become "Common problems" for the first year runs. Gives the companies time to make "improvements" for the next year and you'll be getting a better car, and aware of any "known issues".
I'd like to also see MPGs on them. (Yes, I know I should not consider that when buying a "sports car" but I'm driving a lot more for my job and I'd like something better than the 21mpg I'm getting in the neon.)

BRZ > Scion.
I have yet to see one but can't even find the BRZ anywhere right now. They said all the BRZs are bought and pre ordered until January 13'! (This is at Reeves)

i saw a white one today, it looked like it had some subtle aero and side skirts, was going opposite direction. had to be the subaru one, it looked hella too nice to be the scion (and i actually saw the suby badges). upon that look, it actually is pretty nice from the front and side profile, but that rear is just gross to me still...i think it's the tail lights that bother me and the abrupt "cut off" that the back has.
still wouldn't mind looking at one if it ever got a turbo version, until then not interested. and yes i know it's supposed to be a balanced "driver's" car, but they could have at least done that with more like 250hp. 200hp will be fun to sling around i guess.
