AEM EMS VS Hondata s2000

I have only seen this discussed once and it wasn't much of a discussion. I'm looking at the cost, tunability by the tuner and/or owner and the features each of these offer. The prices are similar to each other but from what I have heard (I hate this too) Hondata is easier to work with (AEM's new software is making things easier though) and AEM's EMS has more features. Can anyone (John and others) elaborate on this issue? This would be a good topic for people to look back at when they get to this point.
