if proven power is doing the tunin let them do a leak down test to make sure is the piston rings it also could be valves not seating properly or even a warped head. They are very knowlegeable guys

does it look like it has a fresh motor in it ? Pretty easy to tell , if you know what to look for. Or does it look like the head has been off recently ? Or does it look like an oil leaking peice of shit? I can't understand why people get them selves involved with a performance car or " built " car if they have no idea how to fix it themselves. Maybe its because I'm an auto tech and not a parts changer , but if you cant tell from those compression readings that you have a peice of shit , you will always have a peice of shit that you are trying to fix. If someone says they just built it , but it still needs to be broken in , they are probably full of shit. I have built many cars , for my self and customers , and as a professional , not one car has left my shop with out being completely broken in. And I have NEVER had an engine falure.

Ladies & gentlemen, we have just found the jesus christ of engine building. All other builders retire... this man is perfect.

Are you offended because the same thing has happened to you ? My point is , you are a dumb ass if you get yourself into a car like this and have no idea how to fix it. And if you dont like what I say , dont read it.
