yes, right now its an automatic, im working on gettin the rest of the parts to run the evo tranny with a welded vc... or i could use a 3g eclipse tranny... but as long as the automatic tranny will hold it will be great, longer gears, less time off boost, shifts out at redline every time, consistant, as long as it holds...im not sure if i wanna go through the hassle of converting over to stick, or just gettin the automatic built, like shift kit and torque converter, im not sure, but for now, im jus gettin the motor in
automatic 4cyl n/a = sucks
automatic 4cyl turbo = not too shabby

They both have their advantages. Choice is dependant on what type of motorsports you participate in, driving style, and personal preference. So that said, 5spd or auto, neither is supremely superior over the other.
