Well i talked to several speeedshops around the states and they said to get more power out of the mustang is really expensive, like you need to pull out the whole motor on the mustang to change out the cams, they said to get more power out of the camaro is 1/2 the price, Hmm.

 

The 5.0 is a ponycar that will give a new m3 a tough time on a racetrack... it's moved leaps and bounds closer to what I feel a "sportscar" should be than ponycars of the past.

 

I don't consider an m3 a sportscar either

 

it always cost more the work on a ford! $7k bolt on a 2.9 whipple FTW!! AND you don't even have to pull the motor out .

 

Not sure about the whole motor thing on the Mustang, But if you would want to MOD, The Camaro SS has more then enough room to do whatever you'd like and the aftermarket support is huge. And why do people keep saying the Camaro is "Fat pig"? Although it is a big car, The Mustang is RIGHT behind it!

Camaro SS is 2 inches longer, 2 inches wider, 1 inch shorter and has a 4 inch longer wheel base and only 150-2** more pounds (Depending on Mustang Model). Not bad if you ask me.

 

Yeah if im gonna put mods 200 pounds is not a huge diff.

That's funny considering BMW advertises it as "barely street legal"

 

Honestly it would come down to driving it and the interior because they are both not the best looking to me.

 

I'm no bmw fanboy so that doesn't bother me, but where do they advertise that? it seems kind of silly or not meant to taken literally..
