If they actually bring this to the US I will be happy and even more interested in buying one.
Sounds like the sales of the hybrid were not as expected and the loyal following who screamed very loudly for a petrol engine were heard.
Yes the CRX started as a fun 2 seater econo car but over the years it could not avoid becoming a beloved tuner car. And I thought they were only going to respond with an Si version. thanks Honda. Now make one in a Diesel as well please.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

Kinda defeats the purpse of a Hybrid car. I mean it you want a K swapped car why pick a 35k$ chassis? Doesn't the term HotRod mean big motor in older,lighter car.
I bet a K2xa EG can get better MPG,WHP,Wtrq,1/4 mile times, at a fraction of the cost.. With CRZ/LHT money you could do everything baller status and still be cheaper.

im not hating on a turbo 1.6. I just think honda is comical these days with only trying to strive to make a 4 cyl run like a slightly bigger 4 cyl. At least ford made a v6 that out performs most of their old v8s and gets better mileage
