I'd definitely like to see undercarriage pics and the gas tank.
Looks good, though I hate that hood.
As for the cluster, you could always get some different needles for it. It would be easy to do white gauge faces, but I don't know if the white ones would look that great.
Nice project though, will definitely be nice with some small mods to the engine.

There's a local guy swapping in a Cadillac V6 into a gen2 RX-7 convertible. Should be pretty interesting when it's done around spring '11.

yea my initial reaction to the cluster was the same at first but after putting some miles on it it grows on you a lot. The functionality is whats great though... he even made sure that when you hit the mazda button for the rear window defroster, the appropriate light on the cluster turns on. I am paiting the hood body color soon, and the mesh will be flat black.

the fbody cluster is the gayest shit i have ever seen done to a FD. why? why in the hell would you put that cluster in there?
recipricating swapped RXs are all sorts of fuck suck. the outside looks good as hell though! i love the spoilerless look.
