Benz racing suv
Could be, first saw him a little east of I75 I4 intersection, and he got on the Polk Parkway and passed me, didnt see him after that. The most distinctive thing about the vehicle was the paint job. Clearly wasnt that old of a vehicle, but the paint mimicked a very sun faded looking orange.

I was in Tallahassee for a couple of days and just saw your posts. He wasn't going all that fast on the parkway, just faster than I was willing to drive because they patrol it so much. I got off at my exit (Lakeland Highlands) and didn't see him again. Jriggs, do you know someone with an suv like this? I did have an interesting encounter on Hwy98 coming out of Bartow last Friday evening with a C63 AMG. He waited for me and tried to pull me on a rollon from about 60. He found out that 6.2L/451hp/443tq is no match for 2.7L/629whp/608wtq and all wheel drive in the rain! I know, it's a little juvenile, but what fun are cars like mine unless you can humiliate the guys with the big dollar cars once in awhile?(although my favorite subjects for a little dose of 4cylinder turbocharged spanking are hemi Dodge pickup drivers, maybe because they are so clueless as to what is in the lane next to them).
asked him if he played with an sti the other day he said yeah "stomped one". but his is a flat white now not orange. he says their is an orange ml running around that is a shop car that does car audio or something but it's not a 55 or anything special.
his is a fine example of what happens when mom and dad give you mom's car when you graduate college tell you that you can't sell it so you turn it into a track car with a big blower and a carbon fiber front end. it's stupid but he loves to beat the heck out of that thing.

Definitely a different car unless his is dull orange now. Does he have a rollcage in his? This one clearly did. Good for him if his parents will give him an ML55 and I'm impressed that he would "massage" it! My first car was a 1954 Studebaker coupe(yes, I really am that old) that I bought for $50 in 1968 and that ran for three months before the engine blew up.
