Intake/exhaust/nitrous is usually my recipe......then lowering springs. I hate not having a bottle, I feel so vulnerable.

Well maintenance isn't usually a modification (unless of course your upgrading something), other then that I like to do the brakes and suspension. A car that can handle and stop well is infinitely better than a rocket you cannot control.

Intake, headers, exhaust and smaller blower pulley

Minor:
Plugs, wires, added a bit of fuel from my friend in orlando and new tires.

I usually upgrade what I can afford at the time. When I had my Maxima I immediately upgraded wheels+tires+suspension b/c I had enough for that. I did not have enough for the supercharger I wanted.

I have looked into it, but when it costs 2x as much as the car for a couple pieces of aluminum ... something isn't right

Brakes were the weak link on early Vipers so that was high on the list.
