x 1000 and LOL^2

I had my porsche up to about 178 before. I must admit that I don't scare easily, but I will confess there was a bit of pucker factor going on when the fall and rise of the road made me feel like my head was going to hit the roof of the car at times, lol.

 

I'd rather see lingenfelter build something that could eat a veyron.


I also regularly bounce off my limiter without knowing it and thats 110, it's quite fun actually. Although my brakes could be better but its remarkably stable for a buick.

 

You should take the porsche to a mile event when its finished. I am wanting to do a mile event with my car in the future just to say I did 200+ once. I've gone 190+ but I wont say it wasn't scary.

 

I've done 160mph in a clk63 3 different times and 155+ one in a 1989 dodge colt gt.

155 in the colt was sketchy. 160 in a clk63 is seemingly effortless.

It will be fun to see how hennessey's creation does in real world testing...1/4mile, mile, at the track...etc etc. I'm as impressed with the veyron's performance driving in day to day traffic, at the track, top speed runs...etc etc. The main difference will be with the level of luxury offered by the veyron.
