Default racing in brandon

Do you think you are the best in Tampa - maybe Florida ?
We are forming leagues for karting, Simulators and Slot tracks. If you feel the need for speed and love competition you are going to want to join a Tornado Alley League..

Each league will run for 12 weeks. No entry fee, but a weekly race fee. The race fee will be divided so that top three will receive cash prizes at the end of the league.
To participate in a league you must be a member of Tornado Alley.

Only the 1st place finisher of each league will be eligible for the Grand Champion Challenge and its total cash prize of $5,000.

League Fees: Each week participants will be responsibe for payment of $20 which will entitle them to participate in the qualifying and racing. Prizes will be made available to the top three drivers at the end of the league. During the 12 week league each driver will pay a total of $240.
The Simulator league will have a maximum of 12 drivers.
The Slick track will have a maximun of 10 drivers. The Road track will have a maximum of 15 drivers. Leagues will form, and commence as they fill. If you wish to participate in a league let us know. We will fill Saturday and Sunday mornings first. Participants of the leagues will also help with the other leagues as needed.

Cool man. Good luck with that. I'll have to come by and check it out!
One thing I think you should consider is Mini-Z's. At 1:28 scale they don't take up much room to race, are cheap to own, fun to customize, and waaaay more more fun than slot cars in my opinion. You could probably rent out store cars too. You might be able to even run them on your slot car track!
HobbyTown USA in Brandon used to race them, but stopped to focus more on Scaletrix slot cars (no one raced slots there though.) Then they tore up the Z track even when they were getting 30-40 people on a Tuesday night for Mini-Z racing! And that was witha crappy track even!
Strange move. Oh well.
Here's a video of the races I made a long time ago, check it out:

Good luck with the new biz.
