I have recently been in a wreck and would like to know if anyone here can see if this would be a total loss or fixable by insurance.

On Kbb this car is priced at 3000$ and am just looking to see if anyone can tell or not if its fixable.

This is the only picture i have, my buddys have more but this is the only damage on the car.

If your repair costs are between 40% & 50% of the replacement cost of your car, it can be totalled.

Get some estimates on repairs and book values and you will have your answer.

If you have a strong connection to the car you can negotiate with the insurance company to take the repair option even if you are getting into totalled territory.

 

I believe if the cost for repair is greater than 80% of the value of the car its totalled.

 

No duh, 80% > 50%.

As I said, you are starting to get into the replace or repair zone around 50%.
