need some advice
OK tr i have a major issue and need some advice i sold a car a year and a half ago and it was sitting in an apartment complex to long so they looked the vin# up and it was still in my name i went to go get it and some one came out telling me it was his but cant get it in his name cuz he got it from the guy i sold it to. do i try to get it back or what cuz i know im still liable for the car please help me out on this thanks

ummm yeah that would be incredibly fucked up if you took the car from him, but to each his own.
heres what you should do, contact the current owner, apply for a new title, which is actually pretty easy, have the guy pay the fee's. get new title, sign it over.

That's why you always get a bill of sale when you unload a car. If not you could be on the hook for anything that happens to or is done with that car after you sell it if you don't have proof its no longer yours.
