Being a honda I wouldn't doubt there are tons of already made aftermarket projector headlights out there so it should be quite easy to find them, ebay would be my first guess.

If you are serious about doing a true retrofit, be prepared. It is not cheap and the outcome is well worth it. It pays itself off.

HID Retrofit Parts Projectors Ballasts D2S Bulbs <---check out the university section
The Retrofit Source (U.S.) - HID Projector Retrofit Kits, Retrofit and HID Componenents, Projectors Lens, Wiring Harnesses, Shrouds and more! <---check out their forums too.

I would assume someone has done them for your honda already. It is guaranteed their are projector lights already available, but unless it's of known high quality, going this route will provide you with the greatest output of light and satisfaction in your work. LMK if you need more details, PM if necessary.

That is 99% of the jackasses who have them. I have never seen one car that isn't legit from the factory have their headlights aimed correctly. They are worse then bright lights. Tons of people have them aimed too high. Honda owners are by far the fucking worst when it comes to this.

^the thing that gets me is how do they not see the beam pattern all fucked up on the road? People just think ooh blue lights... cool.. like I said I aimed mine and had a friend sit in a low car to verify and they don't blind, and actually have a straight cutoff with nice output for incandescent headlights. I hate driving by these fuckers, almost run me off the road

I've had 2 sets of the ddm hid's, 6k lows and 3k fogs, for 3 years now with not one single problem
