Why cant they step up their game. There are police cars that are Lambo's, EVO's, STI's... Those old cop cars I would lawl if they tried to pull me over. I'll be damned if those pieces of shit could out run any modern vehicle. Ha old taurus SHO biggest shit boxes in the world, back in the day if you bought one thinking your getting high performance you should jump of a bridge.

Honestly one of the last reasons they decide on a car is because it's "fast".

lambo's , evo's, sti's, cost 2x as much and cost 2x as much to fix. neither do they last as long with what the cars have to go through sometimes.

They look at their cars for safety, ability to carry all they need, comfort, dependability, and cost. Then speed.. that's what the radio is for.

Also, I think I see HIDs? A little odd, you'd think they'd want to keep down production costs so they're more affordable.

They have HID kits for $35 shipped on ebay.

Ford can obviosuly do this too since they are going to be installing this into millions of vehicles.

LOGIC? You seriously want to invoke logic in a conversation about fake hijackings, missiles hitting the pentagon, and bombs planted throughout the world trade center? I thought it was a given that logic was checked at the door when entering one of these threads.

You are retarded.

A real/proper HID setup costs substantially more than $35. They aren't going to put cheap ebay HID's in a police car.

My point was that they can make them good in really good quality for cheaper and cheaper now a days. A good phillips setup is $400 and if ford bought millions of those they would be close to half that.

You are comparing the old Tarus SHO that had a POS yamaha motor with the New SHO that has a Duratec Block ? Are you serious ? You will never see a lambo going off road into the grass chasing a car, You will never see a Lambo pitting a car or smashing into one.

I'd take SHO-powered Ford over that ugly Chevy any day. Sad to see P71's go but they do need a modern replacement that can truly keep up with all the high-powered cars out there.

That Maserati has been confiscated and is now used by the police dept...that's awesome.
