Why don't you take it to a shop that might help ? Shouldn't cost that much.

I really dont want to go to ford... i hear its about 75.00 an hour to diagnose a electrical problem..

see if the abs relay has not welded the contact causing the relay to stay energized all the time. its not common for 12v relays to do this, for the amps is not as high as say a 110v circuit.
