Ok well basically i just want to know what some advise. Im looking to buy an import (mostly because fuel economy) and i have like a $8000 maybe like a grand higher for a expense bracket. Leaning toward mitsu but give me some ideas.

Fastest for the money would probably be a Stang GT or a Z28.

For 8gs you could pick up a nice Z28 too.

 

well i was gonna get a trans am but the gas mileage really sux balls cause two of friends drive f-body v8s. so im thinking like a gs-t with some work thats as fast a z. The $8000 -$9000 grand i have is just for the car not the parts ill be installing afterward. (ex. turbo intake exhaust... ect.)

 

I am bais but I would go with a GT or a Z28 as well.

 

buy a civic hatch back for about 3 grand. then with the money left over put a GSR engine in it. seriously later down you can turbo it and take on the z28s and GTs all you want

 

get a 1g talon tsi awd or eclipse gsx and mod that thing out .. import...awd..turbo.. best import for that cash range... IMO.

 

i say either get a CRX for like freakin 1000$ and deck that thing out or a 1G talon tsi AWD but if your really in to the looks thing get a 95 GSX youll be able to find one youll just have to look hard thats what i say.....
