It's funny you were just bashing on 4 cylinders, and VTEC more specifically saying with the same amount of money, a V8 will be faster.... but now you're saying you want to get a 4 cylinder that is as fast, or faster than a v8 for the same amount of money..... a little hypocritical don't you think??
so you're actually arguing MY side of the argument that you were arguing...
4 cyinders have half the cylinders, less than half the horsepower, can be as fast or faster, can be minimal in cost, get better gas mileage and are more reliable... thanks for playing...

why dont you just buy what YOU want and not give a fuck about what half of these fags on this board want you to get. its your money its your decision, not TR's nor TR's members.

Buy my car. It's fast and well under $8k. It actually gets about 30mpg on the highway which is damn good considering what has been done to it. I'll cut you the sooper dooper TR member discount.
