Wanting some input for a new ride.
So basically, i've decided im going to go ahead and splurge and get a nice car this time. And i've got 3 that im fairly hung on.
The three im trying to decide on right now are:
Evo- Either a IX or a VIII.
S2000- No particular year, just nothing to new, im not made out of money here.
Rx7- The newer gen, i believe the years are 93 and up.
Im looking at getting one, then putting money into it for my goals, im wanting 600-700+ Horsepower eventually.
I have 0 experience in tuning any of them(not that i will be anyways, which ever one i end up getting is going to be going to a shop to get worked on), and have only driven a S2000 before. So im wondering which ones are easier to work on, etc.
Price range on these are fairly close, although i see the Rx7's cheaper than the others.
Thanks for any input.
Been looking at builds for awhile now(its fucking 5:30 in the morning)
And i have come to the conclusion that its either an evo, or a massive k series build.

I have always had a soft spot for them, and was leaning towards one of them. All i have to do is find a well known shop that does some good work on them. New to tampa area, so i dont really know any shops around here yet.
Jerry aka Lancerman on the forum does pretty good work, he isn't a shop though, but he's one of the only people I'd recommend.

that awd will come in real handy for all that adverse weather conditions and rough roads out there. Oh and dig racing.
But Ive met Jerry before and he is a good guy for sure.

Unless your going to be ready to drop a lot of money Id avoid that gen of RX-7. They are great looking cars, but huge money pits. The NA isnt much to speak of, it will get you around but its no rocket. The TT is a nightmare. It has several major design flaws that need to be addressed, all centering around heat control. The radiator and intercooler are too small, and the cats are mounted underhood, adding to the heat problem of 2 turbos and the undersize heat exchangers.
Best thing to do with them is get one with a blown motor and swap a v8 into it.
Overall the Evo would be the best choice on your list.
