did you know they are illegal in FL? Well the cameras arent but to receive a "ticket" with out an officer fo the law being present is. SOOO they pulled some strings and you are receiving code enforcement citation and not a traffic citation.

 

I am running them constantly to see how many warning I can get in the mail until the trial period is over!



Who is going to be the first to "accidentally" run off the road and take down on of them!?

Or could they be blinded by a strong, focused infrared source? Anyone know if the cameras are IR sensitive and don't have IR filters?

If I know how to juggle the timing on those cameras and lights you can be darn sure the govt does..........I have an article where cities, etc were under investigation for juggling the light timing.-Bob

 

i just saw an officer speak about this on the news. he commented on a lot of the rumors going around, one being that you will be cited for not coming to a complete stop before making a right on red. he said as long as youre not blowing through the intersection you wont be cited. people in florida are horrible with red lights. i cant understand why anyone would want to run a red light doing 60mph or whatever, with crossroads of 45mph speed limits. its just begging to be put in a wheelchair for life.

 

They better send it certified signature required because all my mail goes straight to the garbage.

 

They'll send it, "Pay it or we're fining you, and don't give a flying fuck if you received it or not." And somehow everyone else is letting this shit pass. People should be camped out around them with 22s popping the fucking cameras to pieces, or storming the local government buildings demanding their removal. But nope, nothing. Nothing but compliance; how the fuck is anyone suppossed to demand that our government work for us and not against us if everybody is so fucking unconditionally compliant.

 

you know... i have to agree with you. It does seem our government is looking out for itself and saying "fuck you guys we need the money." Why cant we ask them to do something for us for once and not against us. Someone else said it these cameras aren't preventing accidents or making it safer. They just need another way to make a bunch of money.

P.S. knowing them they have bulletproof glass on them. I'm almost sure of it.
