well i got the window tint off easy and didnt fuck up the defrosters, But i only had a little bit of the goo gone shit but it definently worked and got most of it off. There is still some patches of goo here and there but im gonna go buy some more as soon as i figure out what store sells it. Any ideas? Im just gonna hit up walmart cause im sure they will probably have it.

Wal-Mart sells Goo Gone,theres also Goof Off which I use daily..shit is AMAZING.

Another tint question....
At the top corner edge of one of my roll-up rear windows, it is starting to peel back just a little.....

Any suggestions on what I should use to glue it back down?

Honestly, this is your best option. It shouldn't cost too much for one window, but you know that once you glue it it will start bubbling or something...

I'd wait a while to see how bad it gets, then get it redone when it looks like shit.


About the original post, I've heard you're supposed to use a steam cleaner to remove it, that or do what someone else said: wrap it in a trashbag with water and let it soak. Its the best way to get it off easily. scrubbing all that stuff off is gonna suck, lol.

windex or any ammonia based cleaner, not water

ahh this got brought back. I ended up getting most of it off with that goo gone shit...definently didnt work to well as i had hoped cause i had to scrub for a good 2 hours and its still not all off. My wrists were outta commision for like 3 days, I could hardly lift my school books haha
