lol. they really are not that bright. they light up the reflectors on the road and street signs, but as far as visibility they are not very good.

technically you start loosing light after like 6k or 8k, I can't remember for sure, but everything above that is just for the look based on the color output, not the actual light output.

anything above 6K is less lumens. Ballasts are universal, so go for it. I got my ebay engineering kit and it has lasted more than 2 years before 1 ballast was done....bulbs are still going strong.

Just make sure you don't blind everyone with them, no matter what color you have that is the worst thing ever. Plus is very illegal. And annoying.
