cheapest "on site windshield replacement"
need someone to come to me @ my house and replace my winshield, with new weatherstripping ect.
any companys in pinellas area that do this for pretty cheap?

I don't know where you're located, but All Pro Auto Glass down in Seminole did an awesome job on my EK Civic for $175.
It was the best price I found after calling like 15 places, depending on the car, you're probably going to pay anywhere from $150-$300.

I dont know about that...Im fairly sure that its FL law now that insurance covers windshield replacement regardless of coverage level.

i used to work in car insurance and you need to have comprehensive coverage to qualiy for free replacement.
Florida Statute 627.7288 states that the deductible shall not apply to windshield damages. However, you must have either comprehensive or collision coverage. A policy that provides liability coverage only(PIP) will not cover your windshield.
