Ok, so my Dad calls me today, apparently he met a little old lady who has had her sons '89 mint condition Conquest w/ 100,000 miles. He says she wants it gone, cheap.
I have a 96 DX Hatch right now, t3/t4 turbo, 440cc injectors, running Hondata, only pushing about 140 whp right now, and Im a little bored of it.

Going to an 20 yr old car seems like it might be begging for trouble though, especially as the shop my dad owns is in Ft. Myers, and Im living in Tampa.

I know very little about Conquests, actually nothing, other that what I read today. Any words or wisdom, or advice either way?

 

with that size turbo i'm scratching my head wondering how its only making 140whp. i would keep the DX though

 

Its only pushing 7lbs of boost. Id rather be reliable then quick right now.

take the conquest for sure!!! rwd turbo from the factory, parts are a little hard to come by though but they are sweet ass cars! You'll enjoy urself so much more with it than the slow civic
