Weber carb kit install
I brought an Weber carb kit for my 88' Honda Accord and now my oem carb has taken a dump and I'm not skilled enough to install the new one on my car. Is there anyone on here that can install one or can direct me to a shop that works on them fairly often and can install for a resonable price. So far I got an estimate from one shop that charges $250 for install. I think that is a bit much and can't afford to pay that much for now. This is my daily driver so any immediate assistance is greatly appreciated.

dual or single ?
and do you have a manifold made to adapt the weber to the accord motor?
(considering the accord motor in those vehicles isn't one that is ever modded I would assume the answer to the second question is no)
Tunning Webber's takes an immense amount of knowledge, had a friend with dual Webber's in his corolla it wasn't a fun car to drive while he was tunning it properly ...(alot of black smoke and really slow response)
This is not a bolt on and go affair ether you primarily need other mods done to the engine to handle the increase amount of fuel your going to be dumping into it with webers...(cams, increase compression, ect...)
My suggestion ... figure out how to repair the one you have and drive the car if its your daily and your not planning on building a race motor with it ...

It's a dual 32/36 DGEV. It's a complete kit--everything needed to bolt on to the manifold including an adapter. Already calibrated from the factory. This kit is designed for daily driving and has the jets necessary to run straight from the bax. You can buy bigger jets and what not which requires some modification but the kit that I have doen't require that just plugging up a few vac lines not used on the Weber carb. I looking for someone who has installed them before---no way I'm tackling this alone.
Weber. I'll take pics a bit later. They make these kits for most older import cars and trucks. I found mine on Ebay a couple of months ago. They had the cheapest prices because I got quotes and checked other websites and the ratiler on Ebay had the cheapest by far.
A single down draft carb isn't hard to install. If they were twin twin's then sync'ing them would be a bitch. I had a only Porsche guy sync mine on my Scirocco.
