no, it was not on before and it took a few minutes to turn on. i dont know any one with a vag-com or universal obd2 scanner. what really sucks is its my daily and its memorial weekend. no one will be open till Tuesday. i live in land o lakes if you know any one in the area or if any one reading this in the area has one.

re-ran check on all pipe. the pipe between metal pipe from turbo and first intercooler was shredded on backside out of site. not popped- shredded. will post pics once i pull it off. guess thats what i get for using strip joint rules (no hands). thanks for the help every one.
