I am not a fan of turning F1 into a sprint race. Once the field gets set after about 5 laps its just going to get boring unless someone crashes.

I think there was even less passing last year IMO, the double deck diffusers certainly spoiled the reduced downforce (to enable cleaner air for the car following)

i was talking about the year as a whole. this year was alot more sedate relatively.

Would have been nice to see the battle that might have been had Hamilton not retired...but Vettel and Hamilton will have plenty of time to battle next year!
