Default Electric powered car:0-60 in 2.5 sec

performance of a veyron, with greeness of a prius

1,000 horsepower and 800 lb-ft of torque that rips the Aero EV through 0 to 60 in just 2.5 seconds at a 208mph top speed.

but probably with the price tag of ferrari

I dont see how they are green, it still takes a nuclear power plant to make the electricity to recharge the battery

Looks pretty bitchin', and the 10-minute charge cycle is pretty kick ass...if it really works.

I'm calling shenanigans. Lets hear some more details on the charger and how many amps it takes to charge this 1000hp beast in 10 minutes. Or how they cool the battery as megajoules of energy are dumped in. Or how you keep the power meter on the side of your house from spinning a bearing!

So true. If we ever make any significant move away from fossil fuels to nuclear there are gonna be a whole new can of worms the enviro wackos will bitch about.

id rather deal with green house gases than nuclear waste, but not all power plants are nuclear either, there are still quite a few that use diesel and coal to make energy, so it still not a true green car.
