i saw these the other day, and i really like the front and sides. the review i read is that ford is really on the ball. looks like a camry, mazda6, and subaru legacy had some inspiration and it doesn't resemble a domestic...until you get to the rear. but a small spoiler/lip wing could fix that.
tail lights would have to be modified, those are plain boring and ugly, crap on that chrome trim.
i'd hope the SVO model had that color matched or blacked out or something.
interior looks phenomenal though. nice colors, minimal gaps, looks like MP3 and track title stuff. boo on the automatic, looks like they borrowed the AWD powerplant/drivetrain from the fusion perhaps and ran with it.
edit - damn it being FWD or AWD. i'd rather it have a RWD option.

actually, they lost a HUGE repeat buyer pool when they switched the name from Taurus to the 500 so they are trying to recapture them. Most of us on here have never ( and probably will never ) owned/own a Taurus, but they have been a huge success for Ford over the years. I think this is a nice car for what it is and it shows that Ford is the only US automaker actually going the right direction( of course thats why they didn't need any of the bailout money either)
