I would give any SS manifold 10K - 12K miles before they crack. Sure they flow better cars that arent daily driven. And what really sux is the fact since they morph(change grow strech etc...) so much the more you brace it the more they are prone to crack. CAST IRON is the best manifold for street daily driven cars IMHO SS is so overrated... Like Sabri said coat the cast iron and port the shit out of it you will flow the same and still have reliability.
Sorry I forgot they offer cast manifolds for Hondas. But if a manifold needs to be fabricated Stainless is the way to go. Carbon steel may not crack but only because it has long since melted away. Besides it depends on how the header is built if it cracks or not. The guy that built mine has slip fit primaries into the collector so they can grow and move without cracking. He continuously evolves his designs and each one is better.

Take a look at this page for a step by step buildup

BTW the wheels and tires on his Daily Driven full weight all accessories SVO that went 7.80s at 93 mph are mine

PS Mines gonna be faster

You obviously are not well aware of following links. I wansnt talking about a slip mount collector that you buy. This is a plate of 1/8th steel with holes cut in it for the primaries to slide through. The fit is close it takes a mallet to get them through when cold but they will allow for expansion. FWIW they do get run on the street in Allens SVO EVERY day and they make a little bit of sound when cold but after a minute are quiet and there is VERY LITTLE carbon tracking on the collector (probably from when cold) Just cause HKS doesnt make something doesnt mean its junk

Well it is 1/8th mile. Not sure if you know (can never tell on this web site) But it did cut a 1.70 60 on that pass. This is a 3200 lb car that runs 15psi and no intercooler.
